The SUNSET OODA JIGGING CASTING rod embodies the OODA philosophy — Observe, Orient, Decide, Act — a tactical approach applied to sport fishing. Designed for jigging, this single-piece casting rod combines raw power and sensitivity to tackle the most demanding sea conditions.

Made from 24T carbon, the OODA JIGGING CASTING offers an extremely powerful and resonant blank, ensuring an instant response to every bite. Its design allows it to excel in both medium and deep water, where the most combative marine predators hide: amberjack, tuna, dentex and trevally.

The high-density EVA double handle provides remarkable grip comfort, even during prolonged fights, while the FUJI PULS reel seat holds the reel firmly, offering precise control and perfect vibration transmission. The FUJI K “O” RING guides, specially designed to prevent tangles, are fully compatible with braided line, ensuring smooth line flow and enhanced durability.

With a length of 6’3 (1,91m), a maximum power of 250 g, a maximum Pe rating of 2.5 and a max drag of 18Kg, this rod is versatile and well-balanced, ideal for using heavy jigs while retaining excellent manoeuvrability.
